FW42

The FW42 feed weigher sets new standards for fast, accurate and flexible weighing of up to four different components. The FW42 is an electronic feed weigher with integrated production control, allowing the user to program feed- and water delivery, and collect production data. FW42 is a stand alone weigher, and will control water, feed, and light without the need for supplemental production controllers.

The unit can weigh in and mix up to four different components via the feeding program. The mixing program features individual mixing curves for all four components with six set points, giving an abundance of various setting possibilities. If one bin does not deliver feed as requested, the controller will notify the user and change to another bin according to specifications given.
