We’ve grown slim - you gain the advantages

At DACS we’ve managed to reduce the transport costs on our newly developed FlexAir chimney elements by as much as 80 %. At the same time we’ve totally re-invented the chimney in terms of assembly. The panels are very easy to assemble, and no special tools are needed. The new chimney from DACS is made from a very thoroughly tested and high quality expanded ABS. The material is a.o. used for making bumpers for trucks and the chimney elements are both:

• slim and sleek
• strong and long term durable
• impact resistant at all temperatures
• packable and thereby very cheap in transport costs
• structurally self supportive
• insulating
• washable with a high pressure washer
• easy to assemble and install

CoronaD – far cheaper in transport

At DACS we wish to deliver the best, most energy efficient and thereby environmental friendly products for livestock production. We constantly develop on our products and we have just introduced a new version of our CoronaD inlet unit. In our product development we have focused especially on reducing the transport costs while at the same time improving the overall quality and strength of the product.

The shipping volume on the new unit has been reduced by 80 %. This of course means a sharp reduction in the shipping costs and at the same time saves the environment for at lot of CO₂.

The new CoronaD is made from an injection moulded, impact and chemical resistant ABS product with a blowing agent that gives a hard, smooth surface and a light, strong core. In addition, the new version features fewer, more accurate assembly points, and the result is a noticeable lift in overall quality.

Flexible and secure climate control

DACS A/S has developed a unique control system for livestock production facilities, where multiple users have access to individual information.

The system gives an accurate view of the conditions in the farmhouse and the welfare of the animals. At the same time the system documents the course of the production and controls all conditions in the farmhouse.

The core of the system is the climate- and control system, ACS2. The ACS2 climate system surveys all connected units. Thereby you can see the actual status on e.g. cooling, ventilation, heat system. 

Individual admittance on several languages

With the ACS2 you can differentiate admittance to the user interface depending on which information is relevant for the individual user. Each user only needs to relate to the information that concerns his area of work. 

ACS2 is delivered with as many as 16 languages, which makes it possible for users talking different languages to use the same system. It is easy, convenient and very user friendly.
